KEY FOCUS AREAS

DEVELOPMENT
Bring development we, the residents, want not developers. Protecting our property values and neighborhoods is crucial. I plan to keep Plantation firmly rooted in the stable ground on which it was founded. I will work with our planning and zoning and affect positive change.
TRAFFIC
To improve traffic congestion and traffic safety.  Maintaining control of our roadways is imperative. I will work with Broward County to ensure our streets are a priority.  I will work with third-party entities to minimize cut-through traffic in our residential zones.
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY/LEADERSHIP
To ensure that our tax dollars are spent efficiently. Excessive spending is irresponsible. I am a fiscal conservative; overspending results in higher taxes. I will scrutinize the annual budget for unnecessary spending and waste.
BRING SOLUTIONS TO HOMELESS ISSUE
We need to protect our citizens and local businesses from this growing problem. Ensure our Gateway and Midtown businesses aren't hurt by this growing problem like other cities we all know of.
LOCAL BUSINESS SUPPORT
To work with and partner with small business in our city. I am dedicated to fostering a thriving business ecosystem within our city. We champion initiatives that support local entrepreneurs, promote economic growth, and create opportunities for sustainable business development.
